Visit to Florida

My parents and I went to Florida and visited my brother and his family!  It was lots of fun spending time with them and exploring a new state!  Here is a small sampling of my trip. We visited the Ft. Lauderdale Temple, The Bonnet House,  took a tour on the Venice of America, and lots of other stuff. Enjoy!

Temple Visit

This school year we had the Wednesday before Thanksgiving off so I went to the temple!

 It was wonderful!

Fall Break

Monday 11.12  Today I played with Ray, George, Anabelle, Stella, Claire, and Lucy.  FHE was about General Conference.  My "favorite" talk was President Monson's about service.

Tuesday 11.13  Today I went to the dentist.

Wednesday 11.14  Mom and I had lunch at Tia Rosa's and went shoe shopping at DSW.  I also bought this awesome sign.

Thursday 11.15  I went to the temple and thought everyone was on vacation. It was packed the entire time I was there!  Mom and I went to Momentum Salon and had a pedicure and massage.  Very relaxing!

Friday 11.16  Walked the dog, went to the gym, cleaned my room, etc.

Temple Bliss

I only took a couple of pictures but I LOVE this one! Plus the baptistry was packed, which is a very good thing. Thanks Lindsey it was great to go with you and it was really fun to see Lauren and Layton getting their pictures done by the very talented Rachael Earl (hint: for awesomeness click on the hyperlink). Lauren looked stunning by the way!

Goal(s) Accomplished

So the last time I posted was about my goals for the new year. Well the lack of blogging is a result of getting things done! One of my goals is to go to the temple once a month (I figured that describes often). So when did I go....January 31. Every time I go I want to try to take a picture (to refine my photography skills). Also notice the sidebar addition of what am I currently reading which tackles two goals. The month of January I have written a journey everyday (something that I've never done)!! Although I'd like to read/study my scriptures in the morning, night time is when I am currently accomplish this goal. "Somebody get the fire hose I'm on fire"!! I am excited to see what February will bring, hopefully more posts.
